Overview
This policy explains how VexaRack receives and reviews reports about suspected abuse or copyright concerns involving its services. Business details will be added before paid orders open.
Reporting abuse
Send a clear report to abuse@vexarack.com. Include the affected resource, relevant dates and times with time zone, a description of the concern, and information that allows the report to be assessed. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal data.
Types of report
Reports may concern unlawful content, spam, malicious activity, unauthorized access, network attacks, or other conduct that may breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
Investigation
VexaRack may review available records, request clarification, preserve relevant information, and take proportionate action. A report does not by itself establish that a violation occurred.
Copyright
A copyright report should identify the protected work, the material at issue, its location, the reporter’s contact information, and the basis for the request. Any additional statement or signature required by applicable law will depend on the applicable legal process.
False reports
Reporters should act in good faith and provide accurate information. Deliberately false or misleading reports may be rejected and may have consequences under applicable law.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for activity conducted through their services and for responding promptly when VexaRack requests information about a report.
Law enforcement
Requests from law enforcement or public authorities are handled according to applicable legal requirements. Business details will be added before paid orders open.
Updates
This policy may be updated when practices or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown on this page.
