Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy draft describes conduct that is incompatible with use of VexaRack services. Customers are responsible for their users and workloads.
Illegal activity
Services must not be used to violate applicable law or facilitate unlawful conduct. Business details will be added before paid orders open.
Spam
Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive messaging, address harvesting, and operation of services primarily intended to enable spam are prohibited.
Network abuse
Denial-of-service activity, deliberate interference with networks, unauthorized traffic manipulation, and attacks against systems or users are prohibited.
Malware
Customers must not knowingly distribute malware, operate command-and-control infrastructure, or use services to compromise devices or accounts.
Copyright
Customers must respect intellectual-property rights and respond to properly supported reports concerning material under their control.
Security
Unauthorized access attempts, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation without authorization, and evasion of security controls are prohibited.
Resource abuse
Workloads must remain within the technical limits shown for the purchased service. VexaRack may contact the customer when a workload materially affects the service or other users.
Enforcement
VexaRack may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend affected services when reasonably necessary. The circumstances of the issue will guide notice and response steps.
Reporting
Report suspected violations to abuse@vexarack.com with enough technical context to identify and assess the issue.
Changes
This policy may change as services and legal requirements develop. Material changes will be shown on this page.
